i know the area, i know prices. i know the market, i know financing.
But i’m trying to build up a reputation. I’m trying to build up a list of cliental.
You’re going to be a hot lead for me, right? Somebody i can sell something to. Also, we’re motivated by money just like you guys are, just like the investor.
I make my living selling. if people are going to nickel and dime me to death, that’s cutting into my, into my income.
Nobody’s going to want to work with you.
Share your wealth. Give. Share. Share the wealth.
Because it will build up much faster
You’re going to find yourself much more successful, more people wanting to do business with you.
And if you find yourself giving giving giving, you’re going to get get get, it’s kind of a neat self fulfilling thing there.
